Celestina Skylar Allen.
She loathes her given first name, and refuses to be called by it (as her mother picked the name Celestina and she doesn't want to have anything to do with her mother).
She goes by her middle name Skylar (Sky for short), as it was given to her by her father.

Sky is Staci's cousin.
Growing up, Sky constantly questioned her mother's decisions. As soon as she could fully realize what she was doing, Sky's mother is cold, calculating, a liar, a cheater, etc. Skylar started to loathe her mother, and as such, wants nothing to do with her at all, especially after the sudden death of her father. She severed ties completely at 18, despite the need for her mother's money, choosing to instead dive head first into independence and blunder her way to making a life for herself.

Skylar is cheerful, optimistic, and kind, though people tend to be O_o o_O when they first meet her. She's rather sarcastic. Managed to get her uncle to help her pay for college, though she rarely, if ever, shows up to classes and yet manages to pass because what is studying at home
Skylar is very intelligent though she doesn't really let that fact show. Forever interest in the sciences and history.
She's pretty shameless too. pffff;

Hair is naturally black but her mother has black hair so Sky was all and went blonde. Blue because she likes it. Her hair reaches her knees ffff She also likes stripes and polka-dots and bright colours. She's very easygoing and likes to talk |D

The only one of her cousins to be raised outside of New York - she's spent most of her life overseas; came back to the US after her father passed away.

Loves animals and sweets. Her plushie collection is always growing |D
She can be affectionate to the point where most people are like /no get off but it really depends on how much she likes you -- and this judgement is usually based on first impressions. OTL
She's not very fond of violence
She's also a tree-hugger
Paints and draws in her free time
Likes to use her body as a canvas
Tattoos and paint and pretty much anything
